In Just a Few SECONDS Fire Destroys Everything!
Kurt Hahn Provides Expert Witness Testimony in New York State Supreme Court

Kurt W. Hahn was retained to provide expert witness testimony by Broach & Stulberg, LLP who represents the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America pursuant to an Article 78 against the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC). Hahn was certified as an expert witness by the Honorable Alice Schlesinger based upon his extensive credentials and more than sixteen years experience in the profession of Fire and Life Safety, Code Consulting and Joint Commission Health Care Inspections. He testified on how layoffs of union carpenters would endanger the lives of patients, staff, and visitors in relation to maintenance of fire rated assemblies and infection control. Judge Schlesinger rendered her decision invalidating the layoffs on the grounds that the HHC did not adequately study their impact on patient safety. To retain Kurt W. Hahn as an expert witness, email info@advancefiresafety.com and we will send you his Curriculum Vitale, Fee Schedule and Litigation Consulting Agreement.
