Kurt W. Hahn was certified as an expert witness by the Honorable Alice Schlesinger based upon his extensive credentials and more than sixteen years experience in the profession of Fire and Life Safety, Code Consulting and Joint Commission Health Care Inspections. He testified on how layoffs of union carpenters would endanger the lives of patients, staff, and visitors in relation to maintenance of fire rated assemblies and infection control.
